I agree with Alfred. The only thing I might add is that I would remove the spark plug and spray a little WD-40 in the cylinder and turn the engine over a couple of times without the spark plug. You might want to try to get it started first before you negotiate a price. Good Luck!!! and keep us posted on your progress. John
